As a member of the LGBTQIA++ community in Toronto, I was disappointed by Pride Toronto's current branding which comes off as being very corporate. I wanted to see if I could bring more personality into their branding while still staying true to their community.

By injecting colour back into Pride TO's branding while maintaining some breathing room with the use of white, the vibrancy of the LGBTQIA++ community is brought back into their new identity. Avenir's big bold lettering helps keep a more minimal style to the branding and the high contrast in weights available allows for easy hierarchy within one type family.
